Day Trips
Richmond is a superb base from which to take advantage of London’s riches. Without too much travelling we can introduce the girls to all manner of cultural, historic and social places of interest.
In recent years we have organised day trips to many of the capital’s museums and galleries. Visits have included Ham House for a taste of Victorian living and the local poppy factory where the girls see how and why poppies are made. Concert and theatre trips are always popular and range from the Globe and Regents Park open-air theatre through to Christmas productions at the Lyric in Hammersmith.
We also enjoy whole school outings such as a picnic in Kew Gardens and an Easter egg hunt in Terrace Gardens. These are very friendly occasions where the younger girls pair with their older buddies for organised activities.
