Religious Education

 

 

We aim to make the girls aware of social and moral aspects of life, the need for tolerance and compassion and the fact that privilege and responsibility go together. The whole school congregates first thing in the morning for assembly. This is a simple gathering, sometimes led by the girls, which is designed to be of value to all ages and faiths.

 

The syllabus begins with stories from the Bible and other faiths and seeks to develop a spiritual understanding.

 

The other core subjects on the Old Vicarage curriculum are English, Mathematics, Science, ICT, History, Geography, French, Art and Design Technology along with library studies.
